An informal gathering of people who think that organisations and society can benefit from a deeper appreciation of the upside of gaming - whether that's online mutiplayer games or real world games...
Some of things we might discuss:
- If games like World of Warcraft are so compelling, could organisations learn from them how to better engage their people?
- How can the energy of games be ported into areas of public life - without falling into the easy trap of trivialising either the issues or the participants?
...but the meeting is open so feel free to raise whatever issue gets you going...
This will be informal, with no setpiece presentations. Just the chance for good conversations and meeting new people.
